The stores of brands from the LPP group are becoming more and more popular outside Poland. Once again, we have produced new points of sale for two youth brands – Cropp and House from Tri-City company portfolio, this time in the Bulgarian city of Sofia.
Sofia is the capital and largest city of Bulgaria, where consumer demand is constantly growing. Due to its many attractions, Sofia is frequently visited by tourists. It is located in the western part of Bulgaria, in a mountain valley, at the foot of the Vitosha Massif, on the Bojanska River.
The Mall is the most popular and largest shopping mall in the Balkans. There we have produced new Cropp and House stores. The sales points prepared by us are located in the vicinity of well-known brands, such as: Adidas, CCC, Top Shop, Douglas, Hugo Boss, Guess and many others.
Simultaneously, we were working on the production of Cropp and House stores. The first one has an area of 474 sq m and the second one is 514 sq m. The scope of Ergo Store work included the retail furniture manufacturing, transport and assembly. Works in Sofia lasted from September 13 to 22, 2021. The official opening took place on September 30.
The Cropp and House brands have existed side by side for years and their popularity is constantly growing. Their assortment is intended mainly for young customers. The clothes and accessories that can be found in stores are characterized by a casual and modern style.
We constantly cooperate with the LPP group in the production of stores in Poland and abroad. So far, Ergo Store has prepared LPP stores in countries such as Russia, Germany, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Serbia, Romania, Finland and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Only in 2021 we have prepared, for example, stores of four LPP brands in Russia, a Cropp store in Togliatti or Cropp and House stores in Belarus.

The market is moving in two seemingly contradictory, yet in practice complementary, directions: the transformation of large-scale malls into multifunctional (mixed-use) facilities and the dynamic expansion of local retail parks. What do these changes mean for the production of commercial spaces?
