After a break, we have returned to Greece with a new project for the LPP Group. The result of our work is a Sinsay store produced in the city of Pyrgos. Our team was responsible for the complete fit-out of the store from A to Z – including retail furniture production, delivery, and on-site installation.
The newly opened Sinsay store is located at a key transport hub along National Road 4 in Pyrgos, a route connecting the city with Patras and Kyparissia. Pyrgos is situated in the western part of the Peloponnese Peninsula, on the Ionian Sea, and has a population of approximately 25,000.
The 797 sqm Sinsay store, produced by Ergo Store, officially opened on December 15, 2025. Our scope of work included the production of retail furniture, logistics, and on-site installation. Installation works were completed on December 6.
We produced a comprehensive set of furniture and equipment, including wall-mounted systems and freestanding furniture, checkout zone fittings, comfortable fitting rooms, and back-of-house furniture.
The interior of the Pyrgos store reflects Sinsay’s signature bright and neutral color palette, providing a subtle backdrop for the displayed collections. The store layout was designed to be intuitive, with clearly defined zones for women’s, men’s, and children’s apparel, as well as an expanded “Home” section featuring home accessories.
In January 2023, we produced the first Sinsay store in Greece. The two-level, 1,000 sqm store located in Talos Plaza shopping center in Crete was one of the largest Sinsay stores we have had the opportunity to complete.
Our intensive activity in the Balkans began in 2022, when we started producing Sinsay stores and other LPP Group brands in countries such as Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Croatia.
Over the years, for our long-term client – the LPP Group – we have also completed projects in Germany, the United Kingdom, Finland, Romania, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Poland.

The market is moving in two seemingly contradictory, yet in practice complementary, directions: the transformation of large-scale malls into multifunctional (mixed-use) facilities and the dynamic expansion of local retail parks. What do these changes mean for the production of commercial spaces?
