Shops in the prestigious Galeries Lafayette department store in Strasbourg and Printemps in Rennes are the latest Ergo Store projects for the Dockers brand in France.
Both productions are shop-in-shops. This is a solution that the Dockers brand—our regular client— frequently opts for, where a retailer uses the retail space owned by another vendor. One of the key characteristics of SISs (shop-in-shops) is the small retail space. For the new Dockers productions, the retail spaces were 20 sqm in Strasbourg and 25 sqm in Rennes.
The shop in Strasbourg—home to institutions like the Council of Europe and the European Parliament—can be found in the Galeries Lafayette department store. This is a French, high-end chain, whose flagship location is on Boulevard Haussmann in Paris. The Parisian Galeries Lafayette is not just a department store but also a symbol of French style and elegance.
Our company was responsible for the production and transport of the retail furniture. The shop was opened at the turn of May and June 2024. Inside, you can find the men’s collection from the American brand, known for its signature khaki-colored clothing.
The second shop-in-shop we prepared is located in Rennes, the capital of Brittany, in the Printemps department store. This is another high-end French chain, with department stores across the country, as well as locations in Andorra, Tokyo, and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The new Dockers shop with the brand’s men’s collection opened at this location at the end of July 2024. Our company prepared the retail furniture and handled its transport.
The shops in Strasbourg and Rennes are our latest productions for the Dockers brand in France. This year, we have already prepared a monobrand store in Anglet, and previously, an outlet in Roubaix, two Dockers shops in Lyon, a shop in Lille, and two stores in Marseille.
Dockers, a brand under the Levi Strauss group, is our long-time client. We have also worked for them in countries such as Spain, Belgium, and the Scandinavian nations.
