The Sinsay store in Ćuprija, Serbia, is another Ergo Store project for LPP Group in the Balkans in 2025. Our company was responsible for the production of retail furniture and store fittings, as well as installation.
The Sinsay store we prepared is located in Street Retail Park in the town of Ćuprija, which has a population of around 20,000. Sinsay’s expansion into smaller towns is part of LPP Group’s strategy to tap into the potential of such locations. In these areas, competition from large retail chains is less intense, while residents expect wide access to affordable, branded clothing and everyday products. This is precisely what Sinsay offers: in addition to apparel for women, men, and children, the brand’s assortment also includes accessories and home products.
For the Sinsay store in Ćuprija, we produced a complete set of retail furniture and fittings: built-in and freestanding furniture, checkout counters and back counters, fitting rooms, and equipment for the store’s back office. In the second half of August, we carried out the installation of the retail furniture we had manufactured, and by the end of the month, the 500 m² store opened its doors to customers.
Sinsay stores are characterized by light, neutral colors and minimalist design solutions, complemented by a clear layout of zones, which makes moving around the store intuitive.
The store in Ćuprija was yet another project we completed for LPP Group in Serbia. We have prepared Sinsay stores in the capital, Belgrade, on four occasions, and have also delivered projects in smaller Serbian towns such as Aleksandrovac, Knjaževac, and Bogatić.
Since 2022, we have been working for our long-term client not only in Serbia but also in other Balkan countries. As a result, new stores for all the brands in the Gdańsk-based company’s portfolio have been produced in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Greece.
Over the years, we have carried out projects for LPP Group across almost all of Europe, including the United Kingdom, Hungary, Germany, Romania, Finland, Bulgaria, and Poland.

After a break, we have returned to Greece with a new project for the LPP Group. The result of our work is a Sinsay store produced in the city of Pyrgos. Our team was responsible for the complete fit-out of the store from A to Z – including retail furniture production, delivery, and assembly.

The market is moving in two seemingly contradictory, yet in practice complementary, directions: the transformation of large-scale malls into multifunctional (mixed-use) facilities and the dynamic expansion of local retail parks. What do these changes mean for the production of commercial spaces?
