In 2025, Ergo Store continues its cooperation with the LPP Group in the Balkans. After recent projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina, we moved on to Serbia to prepare a Sinsay store in the town of Vrnjačka Banja.
Vrnjačka Banja is a small town located in central Serbia – known as a spa resort thanks to its numerous hot springs, whose temperature matches that of the human body (37.5°C). The town is situated near Mount Goč.
Vrnjačka Banja caters not only to enthusiasts of hot baths, but also to all those looking for convenient and quick shopping options.
In the local retail park, customers can purchase everyday groceries at the Mega Maxi hypermarket, and at the newly opened Sinsay store they can shop for women’s, men’s and children’s clothing, as well as home accessories.
The store we produced covers an area of 600 square meters.
The scope of work included the production and delivery of a complete set of retail furniture. We manufactured built-in furnishings, free-standing furniture, checkout zones and back-of-checkout elements, fitting rooms and equipment for the store’s back-of-house facilities.
On-site assembly was carried out between 10 and 20 October 2025, and the official store opening took place on 23 October 2025.
When selecting new Sinsay store locations, the LPP Group has long recognized the potential of smaller towns and the growing popularity of retail parks. The Sinsay brand fits perfectly into this format and these locations, offering a wide selection of products at affordable prices.
The store in Vrnjačka Banja is another Ergo Store project for the LPP Group in Serbia in 2025. This summer, we prepared a store in Ćuprija as well as a shop in Belgrade – the fourth Sinsay we have produced in the Serbian capital.
The Balkans have remained one of the key directions of our projects since 2022. For our long-standing client, we regularly produce stores in this region for all brands from the company’s portfolio (not only Sinsay, but also Reserved, Cropp, House and Mohito). As a result of this cooperation, new stores have been opened in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Greece.
Over the years, we have also completed projects for the LPP Group in countries such as the United Kingdom, Germany, Romania, Finland, Bulgaria and Poland.

After a break, we have returned to Greece with a new project for the LPP Group. The result of our work is a Sinsay store produced in the city of Pyrgos. Our team was responsible for the complete fit-out of the store from A to Z – including retail furniture production, delivery, and assembly.

The market is moving in two seemingly contradictory, yet in practice complementary, directions: the transformation of large-scale malls into multifunctional (mixed-use) facilities and the dynamic expansion of local retail parks. What do these changes mean for the production of commercial spaces?
