Three new Sinsay stores in Bosnia and Herzegovina equipped with retail furniture by Ergo Store

Our intensive cooperation with the Sinsay brand in the Balkan region has been ongoing since 2022. Its latest result was a series of stores we produced in the autumn of 2025 in Bosnia and Herzegovina, located in Kozarska Dubica, Prnjavor, and Tomislavgrad.

Production of Sinsay stationary stores in smaller towns

Sinsay continues to pursue its expansion strategy by choosing retail parks and shopping centres in smaller cities as locations for its new stores. In this way, the brand reaches new groups of customers and taps into the potential of local markets. Kozarska Dubica, Prnjavor, and Tomislavgrad are textbook examples of such locations.

The first of the projects we completed in autumn 2025 was a 606 m² store in a retail park on Kralja Petra Street in Kozarska Dubica — a town of several thousand residents in the northern part of Bosnia.

The Ergo Store team was responsible for producing the full set of retail furniture and fixtures. Installation took place from 9 to 17 October 2025, and the store opened on 23 October.

The next stop on our autumn route was Prnjavor — a small town east of Banja Luka. An interesting fact: before World War II, the Prnjavor area and the town itself were home to a large Polish diaspora that settled there during the Austro-Hungarian monarchy.

Returning to the present — the Sinsay store in the Metalex shopping centre is precisely the 61st Sinsay store in Bosnia and Herzegovina, a number that clearly illustrates the brand’s expansion in this part of Europe.

As in Kozarska Dubica, our company produced and delivered all furniture and retail equipment. Installation took place from 6 to 11 November 2025, and the 630 m² store opened on 20 November 2025.

The last project on our recent list was in Tomislavgrad, located in southwestern Bosnia. The store, situated in the Prodex shopping centre, is the largest of the three — covering 745 m².

Our company produced the full set of retail furniture and fixtures. The store opened at the end of November 2025, following installation works conducted from 12 to 16 November.

Retail furniture for Sinsay stores – a modern interior concept

The furniture and equipment sets we produce for the Sinsay brand typically include functional wall units, free-standing retail furniture (islands and gondolas), professional checkout areas, and fully equipped fitting rooms and back-of-house facilities.

Sinsay store interiors are characterised by a bright, subdued colour palette and minimalist, spacious design solutions. A clear zoning layout (dedicated to women’s, men’s, and children’s collections, as well as the Home section) makes shopping intuitive and comfortable — fully aligned with the brand’s strategy focused on accessibility and convenience.

Ergo Store as a partner in Sinsay’s global expansion

The projects in Kozarska Dubica, Prnjavor, and Tomislavgrad are the latest additions to our extensive portfolio for this brand in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In recent years, we have been responsible for producing a two-level store in Čitluk (2022) and equipping stores in Tuzla and Srebrenik (2023), as well as the largest store in the region, located in Doboj (2024). The newest projects in smaller towns mark another stage in our ongoing cooperation with the LPP Group.

Over the years, we have worked for the Tricity-based company in nearly all of Europe, including Germany, the United Kingdom, Finland, Romania, Greece, Croatia, Serbia, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Poland.

The evolution of shopping centers: between multifunctionality and locality

The market is moving in two seemingly contradictory, yet in practice complementary, directions: the transformation of large-scale malls into multifunctional (mixed-use) facilities and the dynamic expansion of local retail parks. What do these changes mean for the production of commercial spaces?
