This time, for the fastest-growing brand of the LPP group in terms of the number of new stores, we have prepared a store in the village of Backa Palanka in the Vojvodina district.
Retail parks, which are increasingly popular among customers, are often established in smaller towns. With a population of 28,000, Backa Palanka, an industrial and commercial center with a river port, located close to the border with Croatia, can be a good example of this.
Retail parks have their own peculiarities and attract different groups of customers, so when preparing a store in such a place it is worth paying attention to several aspects:
The Sinsay store we prepared in the retail park in Backa Palanka is 840 sqm. Our team was in charge of retail furniture manufacturig, transportation and assembly, which we carried out from June 22-28, 2023. The store was opened on July 6.
Sinsay is in the portfolio of the Tricity-based LPP company, the brand currently opening new stores most frequently. LPP’s strategy is to expand in southern Europe, resulting in, among others, new stores in the Balkans – some of which are our productions. This year alone, we have prepared, among others, the first Sinsay store in Greece, a Sinsay store in the Croatian town of Vinkovci, or another stores of the brand in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Over the years of cooperation with the LPP group, we have also produced stores for it in such countries as Hungary, Germany, Finland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia and Poland.

After a break, we have returned to Greece with a new project for the LPP Group. The result of our work is a Sinsay store produced in the city of Pyrgos. Our team was responsible for the complete fit-out of the store from A to Z – including retail furniture production, delivery, and assembly.

The market is moving in two seemingly contradictory, yet in practice complementary, directions: the transformation of large-scale malls into multifunctional (mixed-use) facilities and the dynamic expansion of local retail parks. What do these changes mean for the production of commercial spaces?
