Two more LPP stores produced by Ergo Store were opened in Serbia

Among the Sinsay and Cropp stores, the first one draws attention due to its large area of 1,500 square metres. – It is one of the biggest stores of this brand that we have had the opportunity to prepare. 

What are the advantages of a shop with a large space?

A larger space means that the shop can offer a larger number of products, and this also means a bigger choice for customers. Thanks to the large space, shopping in such a shop is also certainly more convenient. The impact on the local community is also not insignificant – more employees are needed to operate a larger shop, and thus more jobs are created. 

Production of LPP shops in Serbia

The Sinsay store we have produced in Nova Pazova, Serbia, is as large as 1,501 square metres. Next to the brand’s recently prepared store in Tesanj, Bosnia and Herzegovina, this is one of the largest Sinsay shops we have had the opportunity to prepare.

The shop can be found in the newly opened Big Shopping Centre – the tenth facility of this chain in Serbia, where brands such as LC Waikiki, New Yorker and Jysk, among others, have their shops. BIG Shopping Center is a leading real estate group from Israel, recently locating its strategic assets in Eastern Europe and the Balkans. In 2022, the group also entered the Polish market, acquiring shopping centres in Andrychów and Lubin.

Big Nova Pazova started operations on 23 March 2023, and the Sinsay and Cropp shops we had prepared opened then. For both brands, we were involved in retail furniture production, transport and assembly, which we carried out on 9-15 March. 

These were our next projects for the LPP group in the Balkans. Since 2022, our cooperation with the Tricity-based company has been very intensive, and has resulted in further shops in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia. In recent months, this has included a Sinsay shop in the Serbian town of Smederevo, or a shop of the same brand in Brčko, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Over the years of cooperation, we have also carried out projects for the Tricity-based company in countries such as Hungary, Germany, Finland, the Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece and Poland.
