The Ergo Store team returned to Spain to prepare a new Dockers store. Once again, we worked in the ECI department store chain, this time in the city of Sabadell.
ECI (El Corte Inglés) is a Spanish chain of shopping centers, made up of large-scale facilities, offering a large selection of products from categories such as furniture, electronics / household appliances, books, groceries and clothes. ECI department stores are scattered all over Spain, they can be found both in the largest metropolises and smaller cities such as Sabadell. With approx. 200 thousand. inhabitants, the city is located in the autonomous community of Catalonia, in the urban complex of Barcelona. A characteristic object here is the 12-metre-high statue of Ludwik Zamenhof – a Polish doctor nominated eight times for the Nobel Peace Prize, the creator of the Esperanto language.
Customers of the ECI department store on Avenida Francesc Macia can choose from the offer of premium brands such as Hugo Boss or Bvlgari, as well as popular brands such as Levi’s or Diesel. The Dockers store completed the ECI Sabadell offer at the end of July 2022.
We have prepared the store in the shop-in-shop (SIS) formula, under which the products of a given manufacturer are sold in a store with products of a different brand, but with a similar profile. Dockers’ SIS has 62.5 sq m, and our team has been involved in the production and delivery of shop furniture. The assembly was carried out on the night of July 27-28, 2022. The store offers only men’s clothes of the American manufacturer.
It was our next project this year for Dockers in the ECI chain in Spain. A month earlier, we had the opportunity to prepare a store in the capital of the country, Madrid, and in the first quarter of this year. – thirteen shops with women’s assortment in various Spanish cities. In previous years, we also produced Dockers stores in Barcelona several times. We also worked for a brand from the Levi Strauss group, among others in France and the Scandinavian countries.
