Another productions for American brand Dockers are behind us. This time we prepared four new shop-in-shops in Spain.
Four new Dockers points are located in the chain of ECI (EL CORTE INGLES) shopping malls. It is the Spanish chain, consisting of a variety of shops, hypermarkets, kiosks, restaurants, travel agencies. El Corte Inglés offers the best and most famous Spanish and international products.
The new productions for Dockers are “shop-in-shops”. It is a concept of trade, where the owner of a brand or store occupies some part of the space in another enterpreneur’s store. Such a solution brings a lot of benefits for both parts. First of all, the rental costs are divided on each tenant, the possibility of selling increases, and the brand is more attractive.
The new Dockers shops are located successively in: ECI Castellana, ECI Bercial, ECI Bilbao, ECI Granada. The dates of their implementation were consecutively at the end of 2021: Castellana – mid-November, Bercial and Bilbao – early December and Granada – mid-December. Shops were opened shortly after the assembly was completed. The largest of them is the SIS produced in ECI Bilbao, which has as much as 80 sq m, the smaller one – 65 sq m. is located at ECI Castellana. The shops in ECI Bercial and EL Granada cover half the area – 30 and 35 sq m. The scope of work of our team included retail furniture manufacturing and its transport.
The Dockers shops are designed in accordance with the new California Cool concept, within which a fresh and accessible environment has been created. The latest projects use natural and ecological materials, brighter colors. Insatiable, large wall graphics inspired by sunny California have replaced the more conventional palette of materials and colors.
We have been constantly working with the Dockers brand for years. We prepared for example shops in France, including Paris or several shops in Barcelona. According to the latest “California Cool” concept, we have recently prepared, among others, Dockers stores in Madrid and in Belgium.
